Pros
You will receive a paycheck is about the only good thing that can be said about this company. There are some good people you work with, but not in management.
Cons
Expect to give up your life working. Corporate slavery is the best way to describe the work environment at DataFirst. Salaried positions, where 80 hour work weeks are expected. Management doesn't understand work effort required to complete projects, so your left carrying the weigh without any support from management.

NA, pay was always provided. Below average benefits were provided free of charge. Some very hard working and smart people who are under appreciated work here

Lack of promotion opportunity Very poor executive management Zero respect for the rank and file Uneducated management with zero track record for success Money is all that drives the company
