      High caliber people and flexible working environment

      Cons

      Used to be such a great company. But a series of missteps by the previous CEO and a failed IPO bid have left it shedding customers and employees. Now it's in a downward spiral without the resources to build the right technology, and without the technology to attract and retain customers.
