      - Exciting and fulfilling work - Great coworkers

      Cons

      - The company executive leadership has changed multiple times over the past few years, which means priorities completely change on a regular basis, so a lot of work is never finished. - The leadership does not listen to their engineers on what products to implement, it seems they only want to implement whatever they've last heard about as the next great thing like Generative AI, while the best products are neglected. - Marketing teams have no technical training so they have a hard time selling the software products - Massive brain drain

      Pros

      When I joined, I was blown away by the level of skills the data scientists and engineers here possess. Even more so when I found out about the clients and industries that use our product. In one year here, I probably learned more about real-life data science than at my three previous jobs combined. The level of theoretical and practical complexity of the problems we have to solve also motivate you to step your game up. Personal initiative is encouraged (and even expected) so you can have an impact on many areas of the company regardless of your job title.

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure is beneficial in many aspects, but project planning and execution tends to be disorganized sometimes when there's no defined authority.
