Pros

Nothing!! Just run from these scammers.

Cons

I joined Datagenics as a WordPress Developer (Fresher) with the understanding that there would be a 15-day unpaid training period followed by a full-time role and a 2-month probation. Based on this, I committed my time and effort sincerely. During the training period, I was assigned real tasks and worked on actual deliverables, maintaining proper daily reports of my work. However, after completing the full 15 days, I was informed that the company is “not looking for full-time resources currently,” which was never communicated earlier and contradicts the initial discussion. This experience was disappointing and raises concerns about clarity and transparency in the hiring process, especially for freshers. Advice to Job Seekers: Be cautious with roles involving unpaid training. Ensure all terms, especially post-training opportunities, are clearly documented before committing.
