      Permanent remote work Flexibility in choosing tech stack and tools

      Cons

      We agreed to salary deductions during tough times trusting the company. Years later, the money is still unpaid with no updates, even though the company is running fine. It’s sad and unfair to employees who trusted them.

      - open environment for collabs and learning. - work on various new things, and tech is constantly evolving - good work-life balance

      sometimes, because it is a small team, you take on more responsibility (i see this as a pro, but i think some people would see this as a con)

      Work life balance Management/senior people support and helps in the improvement Good salary and hikes People are supportive flexible working hours No macro management

      Overall company size is small They need to create trust in the market they need to get register to Financial Institution (bank/NBFCs) so employee can get fund for their need all are working from home so they should plan team get togethers There should be monthly company progress meetings.
