      Ok - if you don't want to grow

      Pros

      - very friendly people - nice offices - good benefits - work hours are easy

      Cons

      - CEO has crazy micro management problems, he only hires 'yes employees' and runs it like a little kingdom - no investment in new business and so rely on 80% of its income from 2 companies - and since the company doesnt want to grow, it's very hard for individuals to grow - takes ages to make any decisions as all decisions must go through the CEO, even to spend a few hundred euros on a business trip and then you have to give hours on a reason to go, then hours on a post report (which no one cares about)

      Pros

      Great team spirit and genuinely friendly people. The company really cares about hiring good personalities, which makes day-to-day cooperation smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is informal but professional, and colleagues are always willing to help. Interesting projects in industrial and agricultural domains with real-world impact and international clients. Nice office environment (coffee and snacks included) and plenty of opportunities to join social activities and team events.

      Cons

      Compared to more “startup-like” environments, the company is more process-driven and cautious. Decisions sometimes take longer and things are done in a “measure twice, cut once” style, which can feel slower if you prefer fast experimentation.

      Pros

      Employer takes great care to facilitate good employee culture and participation is always actively encouraged. (Though wheather you see this as a pro depends on you). There is an active ongoing effort to know everybody in the company. Up-front and open culture Very knowledgeable colleagues

      Cons

      Some company wide decisions take a bit longer + The company is not setup to handle large personnal increase and is operating close to it's max employee count (due to the really flat organizational structure and company culture).
