- 5 days working company.
Cons
- No growth. - Bad culture. - No Professionalism. Treat employees like a school kids. - Increment amount fully NOT based on performance. They have fixed amount. Too much law increment scale. - Management people (@PM) is rude to employees. Always try to find mistakes of people and insult them. - No respect of employees.
