VPs are hired and fired within 3-6 months of joining after they bring in key expertise and key accounts to this cheap company of cheap people. Pathetic office culture. The toilet stinks. No defined workflow. Poorly organised company and management, The owner sits in canada and thinks of indians as slaves and treats indian workforce pretty badly. please refer this company to anybody whom you have a grudge upon.
