As the title says, the people at Datum are awesome; every person I've interacted with was friendly, smart, and on the ball. They've represented me well, and were always prompt with feedback from the hiring company. I never went too long without hearing from my reps at Datum, even if they hadn't heard back from the hiring company. I feel like they're truly on my side, and always advocating for me .
Cons
Salary is a bit low for my level of seniority and experience. But having said that, it's likely in line with salaries at the company I'm contracting with. The disconnect comes because, the corporation where I contract has amazingly top-flight benefits, and it would seem that contractors here would either make a higher salary, or be on a better benefit plan to make up for not having those benefits. But the 401k at Datum is unexpectedly good, and health insurance is about average, but I'd think they might make up for our lower salaries with more paid holidays, or more vacation days per year.
