Pros

You will just ruin your personal and professional life

Cons

Those 4 months i had spent here were the worst time of my life. No processes. No knowledge transfer. Even no one will help you to get the domain knowledge, they will simply refuse even if you'll ask them. Too strict environment. They treat you like prisoners. Till the day of joining they will make you realise that you are now a part of heaven on earth untill you reach your seat at the work place. You have to stick to your seat and just have to keep on staring the screen even if you have no work. You have to pretend you are working even you have no work. You have to give fake hourly updates just to save your job. There is no job security, no proffessional growth and no future. There is no proper company policy for employees. In short it is totally a mental torture. So do not believe on what they will tell you about the company and policies before your joining. It will be a total lie.

Pros

- As a second job, it works fine. - Act as a dumbo and your job is secure. You come, do your work and leave. that's it. no comments, no discussions or anything. - For night birds it works fine.

Cons

- You cant be intelligent then any of their team-leads who are like ostriches with their heads buried in sands for years. - No job security. the day client is unhappy they would kick your out in the very next hour (read it they wouldn't waste a day for that). - Extremely manipulative, policies are to trick and trap people. It can change any minute any second. - Your machine, chat logs, chit chat and you yourself are constantly monitored and you feel like you are working for KGB or CIA. - Depending on the client they expect you to know Javascript, C#, Php, Unity, Sql Server, MySql, java, Bootstrap, Asp.NET, jquery anything and everything your client asks you to. Sometimes even pole dancing! - Remember a night job will take a toll on your health in the long term so no long terms.
