      Good name in industry US based MNC Good work life balance good policies good company to start your initial career phase

      Cons

      Incentive & variable in salary. Micromanagement by some Mangers...tendency to follow bad culture even if its US MNC. AAM is owned by family business so they have skipped salary hike twice in during my tenure. No growth/ promotion at all.... Unfair salary among collogues

      Company is very good, salary is on time

      Cons

      Company culture is very bad, Not a good company, no job security, not a good working culture you will not feel comfortable from the day one. Manager is was mad and can't take any decision if he felt his job is in risk either you are right or wrong. Growth plan is good for most seniors only. End of the year you will be declare as a non-performer and on behalf of this you will get the variable pay this concept is very disgusting

      Pros

      Great co-workers, great work-life balance. You feel appreciated and taken care of by the company. Stability and regular feedback as well as the chance to participate

      Cons

      The company cuts pay during a pandemic and still expects you to provide the same level of support. Work over 40 hours a week and still be on call 24/7. The company does not foster the development (no training) of their employees.
