Pros
Great people, family environment, everyone works in teams, awesome medical and retirement benefits, family activities, nice facility, several team-building activities, friendly staff.
Cons
siloed teams, management doesn't listen but they are great people, conflicting priorities given from management, management tries to pacify with cliches or turn it to an employee issue instead of fixing problems, micromanaging takes place or no management at all takes place, management simply knows they are the boss and the rest of us have to deal with it or leave.
