      Good company but no WFH

      Pros

      Good growth opportunities. Very less politics depending upon team Coworkers are really cooperative.

      Cons

      No flexible Work from home for india folks. It’s only applicable to US employees which seems very unfair. Being in hybrid model, Indian employees force to stay in office during festive holidays by temporarily enforcing the work from office for 1-2 week, so no one can go home in long weekend. People close to senior Indian leaders are allowed to take wfh numerous time which again feel biased. If we can work remotely then why we are force to come office.

      Cons

      Very low hikes (4% on average) and clear disparity between US and Indian employees. For example, US employees enjoy permanent WFH and unlimited PTO, while Indian employees are required to be in-office three days a week. A recent mandate required all Indian employees to work in-office for the entire week leading up to Diwali, one of our most significant festivals, with no flexibility—contrasting starkly with the accommodations given to US employees around holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. To add, only in-office employees received goodies, making it clear that the company lacks employee-friendly policies.
