      Amazing company to work for. They truly value their employees and compensate them accordingly. They have a complete benefit package and generous vacation benefits.

      Pros

      Pay is great, no work life balance. It’s LTL so that’s something you know going in to it. Dayton is getting more and more corporate every year and employees are becoming more numbers rather than people. When I started we were half the size we are now and they’re getting too big for their britches.
