No cons just need more diversity in upper management

Upper management takes too much control at times.

Pay is ok. PTO is below average. You get 5 weeks after being at the company for 25 years. Policies are not keeping up with modern corporate America. Horrible ethics. Every corporate office is going to have shady things happening behind the scenes but the Accounting Department at Dayton Freight is beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Your knowledge of the industry/job means nothing to upper management.

Poor management. Favoritism. I feel like upper management thrives on intimidation and had no interest in improving anything.

There was a lot of favoritism by upper management, there's no room for improvement unless friends or family. And being in the weather elements.
