      DbCom Systems - A Company with non-experienced managers

      Pros

      Company okay for freshers if they do not find any job elsewhere, not at all recommended for experienced people.

      Cons

      Project Managers working for DbCom Systems have zero technical knowledge and work like puppets for CEO. No Project Life cycle is followed at all. Only candidates who do not have any passion for growth would survive there on a long run.

      Pros

      Very Good fresher experience, good salary increments. Timing is good and helps to avoid rush hours of traffic. Work environment i friendly.

      Cons

      After 2 years of experience, growth seems to be saturated. Will feel the need to learn something new. Same kind of work in almost all projects.
