Pros
Management is amazing to work with, owners are great and the type you can hang out with outside of work. Pay is great and the employees for the most part are fantastic.
Cons
Not many cons working for the most part. I'd say give the employees raises when they continue to shine. Rules for everyone need to be followed, if continued to break them, time to move them along.
