Good holiday benefits, casual work environment, kind co-workers, steady business.
Cons
Don't be surprised if they ask you to do something unethical, yet they present as it is "not a big deal" or with as little information. Secrecy is their forte and you know because of that, the company is not the best. Do not be surprised if they hire you for one thing and completely change it on you when you start working. Meaning, you don't get paid fairly.

Cons
Key management personnel are clueless about development of employee skills, lack of communication between departments especially in regards to understanding product development processes. No scope to achieve your career goals, do not work here if your expectaions are to grow with the company.
