      unstable work environment

      Pros

      Initially, projects were interesting. Useful product.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy caught up with the management team, so doing anything became impossible. Work hours not flexible. Engineering is run like a sales team - employees are afraid of speaking out. Customer security/privacy is a real problem, because of the way the system is structured.

      - people think you have a cool job - its a "new" and different type of industry to be in

      Cons

      - the honeymoon goes away quickly - limited marketplace crowded with 800 lb gorillas - very expensive product for what it does. It's not a "must have" despite the sky-is-falling marketing. - complex to deploy - system can be defeated rather easily - long sales cycles and endless PoC's - toxic management - pay sucks
