1. Working Hours: Strict 8 working hours. 5 days a week. The company would not ask you to work overtime. 2. Leaves Policy: Leaves are approved immediately given they within reason. My manager didn't ever ask the purpose of the leaves. 3. Colleagues and Culture: Fellow software developers act very professionally. No office drama. Reach out to them within the office hours & they'll be more than happy to help.

Cons

1. Pay/Bonus: The company consistently pays salaries on time. However, over the past two years, annual salary increments have been modest despite positive performance reviews. Bonuses are paid once a year and are capped at the amount of your current salary. 2. Career Advancement: Remote workers have very limited opportunities to advance at this robotics company because all the hardware is located in the office. Career growth is tied to how well one can integrate & work with the new hardware as well as existing product lineup.

- Completely Unprofessional Workplace - Management will discuss employees personal issues with other staff members - Very Poor Communication from management to staff - This company asks you to travel for trade shows, does not pay you overtime for the extended hours and does not give you time off for the extra days you worked (weekends, holidays etc) - they break the most basic employment standard act rules - The boss will make last minute changes to travel with no consideration for staff personal lives or professional goals - You have to be the boss's friend or family member or you will be treated poorly - Little room for professional growth

People on the production floor are friendly and supportive.

Cons

Pay raises don't compensate for inflation. I am now making less than I was a year ago, and last year I already had to dip into savings to make ends meet.
