relax work environment. no strict rules
Cons
management is not transparent and no clear directions about the company. inputs are not allowed by management. Top-down only and not bottom-up approach. no career for growth inside the company low wage compared to Hong Kong standard and no benefits. earlier staff have 13th pay and newer staff only 12 months pay. company has no CFO and never audited. Money from investors are used for personal benefits by the management instead of for the staff welfare and salary. office location very far from the city and far from the train station.
