Difficult to work on a product that isn't publicly available in your own country. Poor internal communication, lack of leadership, slow to implement change or respond to critical team needs.

Massive lack of managerial capabilities and knowledge on Music Industry as it is NOW. Manager are really good talkers but are not able to deliver results.
Lack of leadership on a C level.
Salary are not that great for the amount of work and contributions the company asks you. You’re not fully valued for what you bring to the table and your results.
