      Pros

      Innovative product and company vision, great existing platform, solid story in the European market, ambitious US team eager to develop something new, exciting, and successful.

      Cons

      Difficult to work on a product that isn't publicly available in your own country. Poor internal communication, lack of leadership, slow to implement change or respond to critical team needs.

      Positive environment I worked with a supportive and lovely team Able to work as a team and independently and make my own decisions

      Cons

      Massive lack of managerial capabilities and knowledge on Music Industry as it is NOW. Manager are really good talkers but are not able to deliver results. Lack of leadership on a C level. Salary are not that great for the amount of work and contributions the company asks you. You’re not fully valued for what you bring to the table and your results.
