Pros
Great Incentives, competitive pay and very charitable company. The culture of the company, training and there's always advancement opportunities. "criminals or bad people" aren't scheduling appointments for security, you get to meet and help lots of good people.
Cons
Occasionally Limited/misinformed communications between different aspects of the company can be frustrating. Pay structure isn't for everyone. The job can be a bit technical and hands on at times.

Pros
Defenders has a great culture and was a great place to work! The culture is employee focused and there are great benefits. I also liked the emphasis on continued growth and development from a professional and personal standpoint.
Cons
I do not have any cons to report. I truly enjoyed my time at Defenders and think it is a great place to work.
