1. Fresher appointment with bonds because they know they will leave once getting their face. If you are a fresher willing to start at a low salary 10 -15 k with bond of 1.6 years, go ahead learn and quit. They also even believe in that model. Hire inexperienced frsher every year rather retaining existing and nourishing. 2. Work time not appropriate. Saturday working for some hours they only focus to having clients to maintain their infra. 3. Unnecessary formal behaviour. No freedom on the floor. Managers are forced to maintain the formal culture restricting your self being. 4. Leave and wfh just forget it or have the dont care attitude if you are good at your work 5. Managers are inexperienced and retained to just maintain the processes because they are the puppets of CEO 6. Appreciation to only highly favoured employees no what how hard you work. They recognise the one why they find potential to be in the company in long run being a puppet according to their expectations. 7. No employee fedback or self appraisal 8. Hr processes are like hell. They dont respond internally and focused on their psudo process only. Only pleas come take keep your phone out as if they have a fear of getting exposed haha 9. No learning curve after an year same wordpress shopify no cutting edge technology. Upwork based freelance work. No methodology 10. Appraisal- what you even thinking to be there for more than a year dude if yes forget its hust oranut 11. Promitions - what you are thi king to get ptomoted haha dont have they their own puppets? 12.
