Deksia Response
4y
As Chief of Staff, I pride myself and Deksia on taking matters such as racism and sexual harassment very seriously. Neither myself nor leadership are aware of any incidents reported, or what may have been interpreted as racist or a sexual harassment incident. Please reach out to me to discuss this, as we want everyone at Deksia to feel welcome and safe, and I would like the opportunity to learn more about this and make it right.
Thank you,
- Megan
The culture here is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Leadership is transparent, employees are empowered to take real ownership of their work, and the pace of growth creates incredible opportunities for career development that you simply won't find at larger, more bureaucratic organizations. The team is sharp, collaborative, and deeply mission-driven. People come here because they want to make an impact, and that energy is contagious. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there's a real investment in making sure people feel valued beyond just a paycheck.
Cons
Operating at the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving industry means the landscape is always shifting. Staying ahead of trends is a constant priority. Additionally, serving a diverse portfolio of clients means context-switching is part of the job, which keeps things dynamic but can require a high degree of adaptability. These aren't complaints so much as they are hallmarks of any ambitious, fast-moving company.
