Absolutely awesome locations for managers and interns Work/life balance is phenomenal Fun, energetic, and approachable management Training at corporate headquarters is extremely helpful Every day is engaging and the tourists keep you on your toes Covered travel expenses as well as subsidized rent/utilities while on location
Cons
Depending on store management, it can directly affect your experience. Without good management there is a lack of mutual respect. Constructive criticism is non-existent, don't be prepared to be patted on the back for a job well done. Pay isn't the greatest but the perks far outweigh the low salary.
