      only monthly salary just like day labour

      Cons

      they dont pay Indian employees any Bonus, no hikes, they thretten to employees if any one is asking hike, they dont pay PF, ESI, Gratuity to employees, its vast of working such a long time without benefits.. they are harassing without paying Gratuity...which is by law every company must pay to the employee who worked continues 5 years..

      On time 80/20 salary after all deductions

      Cons

      They will try and delay your GC process as much as possible. Management will always show they are busy and will avoid you when you need them the most. Communication channels are the worst in this company.
