Pros

They manage to mascaraed as a responsible employee friendly organization with great values. And they do it well to hide their INCOMPETENCE namely: 1. Management Skills (Absent) 2. Project Planning (They have no idea what it means) 3. Resource Planning (Completely Disregarded 1 resource will be allocated to 23 different projects at one time) 4. Process (To them it means an apple tree that sprouts dinosaur eggs in one of Neptune's moons') 5. Respect towards fellow workers (Disregarded, they believe have engaged slaves from the dark-ages working for them)

Cons

The Pros should have given you a fair idea on the lovely organization - 'Delphi'. Now the Cons. I am simply unable to think of any about this fantastic organization, therefore let me continue with the PROS. I - Our Amazing BU Head: 1. We have a the best BU head in the world, He is eternally worries even the Grim reaper would ENVY his perpetual frowning face!!! 2. If a project goes bad our BU head goes on a worry rampage, if a project goes good our BU head worries about every possible way it could go wrong and works on all possible ventures to make it fail. 3. Management only finds solace by looking at the frowning, moaning, irritated and most importantly the worrying face of our BU Head. II - Org Structure: 1. A management team, who under the strict opinion that only our beloved BU head is working. 2. We have a senior resource who questions the junior resource, A lead who questions the senior resource, a Manager who questions the Lead, a Senior Manager who questions the Manager, a Super Senior Manager who questions the Senior Manager, an ultimate Super Senior Manager who questions the Super Senior Manager, an ultra ultimate Super Senior Manager who questions the ultimate Super Senior Manager, finally the almighty BU head who questions the ultra ultimate Super Senior Manager. And the management who sways to the BU head's tunes. 3. Summarizing the above the Junior resource works diligently but we have about 12 manager who ensure that the Junior resource works effectively. 4. A really hard working HR team is also in the mix, they are as efficient as paper boat dipped in petrol and is trying to navigate the flowing lava off an active volcano. III - Leave Policy: 1. Work only 7 days a week for 24 hours. Just try to search a little as required, rest of the day . 2. While on holiday carry laptop as there might be calls from dawn to dusk to feel more merrier on the time off. 3. Sick leave, can be availed only while you are logged in and working. 4. Keep laptop handy in your death bed so you do not miss any deliverable for the day. Remember to ship back the laptop and other accessories from the grave after you are dead. IV - Personal Experience: 1. I have not had a peaceful sleep since all responsibilities of running the software projects was entrusted to our beloved BH head. 2. I have not read a good book in a long time, the imprinted face of our BU head in my brain has kept me away. 3. I have lost all sense of time and happiness and a life outside office, thanks to Delphi. 4. I am so proud that i am working for one of the best company known to mankind. V - Work Ethics They will want you to have the task assigned today, completed by yesterday. If you don't you will get some grill and some soup for starters.

Work from home. Desk job Good leaves

Cons

1. No job security they ask you to leave whenever they feel like without giving any notice 2. Upper management has no leadership qualities 3. No work life balance 4. No employee engagement 5. No employee relations 6. No person touch with peers as it is remote job

Most toxic work place

Pros

You will get your salary on time even after being a Lala company

Cons

This is the most toxic work place you can ever work in. Everyday was a struggle. The top management is arrogant, immature and doesn't even know how to talk to people. They shout and ill treat employees. They do not have projects and rather than focusing on getting business they are busy making the place so toxic that everyone leaves. The attrition rate is unbelievably high but the HR doesn't care.
