Pros

Working with Delta Exchange in a WFH setup has been a solid experience. The flexibility helps me manage my time better, and being involved in the crypto derivatives space has taught me a lot. The work is fast, there's always something new to figure out, and the learning is real. Overall, it's been a good and growing experience so far.
