Pros
Nice office. Pay is decent.
Cons
Hostile work environment. Management is out of touch with their employees, everyone who works here is absolutely miserable. Unprofessional environment, lots of combative loud language. Unhealthy work environment. Contradicts their own core values. You’re not treated like family unless you’re actually related to the owner.

Good pay and benefits, people who take the time to teach you your job, overall good company with ownership that is really involved to keep the workers satisfied with their employer.
Cons
If you don't like overtime then that might be a negative aspect of this company, otherwise not too many cons for working here.
