Pros
Steady employment for inexperienced entry-level positions. However, I admire a few very talented people despite some of the inequities in others.
Cons
I was hired by the company founder in 1977. He was a fair, kind, and generous man. We had great insurance, bonuses, and incentives. He listened to employees and improved the business based on honest feedback. He grew this company with integrity and hard work. When he died, his son took over; maximum profit was the only thing he cared about. I describe his management style as motivation through intimidation.
