Its a job. It is located in a good location. Not much pro for this company.

Cons

Lacks tact, integrity, leadership, employee connection and investment, as well as common sense in dealing with others. Benefits are minimal and they information delivered upfront is not honest. Do not work here.

a few good talented people there, but most are looking to leave the miserable environment

Cons

leadership style is dictatorial. new ideas, or disagreements are ill received. drone work expected. Need to punch a clock. I would recommend you continue looking.
