      Pros

      Total work-life balance. No pressure and no Micro Management. No extra working hours. You are the boss of your work just complete your tasks on time and stay happy. The VP and Director (Operations) are also very approachable.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Good understanding with both employees and employer. Here we have no micromanagement kind of stuff. We have a fun filled environment parallel to work. We are the owners of our work.

      Cons

      As i have been seeing Delviom for almost a couple of years i have not seen a single employee leaving office with any kind of disappointment.
