Slavery attitude to employees. You will be ghosted by hr and management for any opportunity you find for yourself. People are either leaving with stress or working in the company forever until they either die or retire.

Lack of strategy, terrible leadership. Would only recommend if career is not a priority in your life and you just want to be somewhere from 9 to 4 that pays the bills.
