Get to work with varied customer issues in data virtualization, data integration. Opportunity to work on new age data sources.

Cons

Minimal work freedom and too much micro-management. Poor employee treatment by management, ideas or suggestions shared seldom being considered. Constructive suggestions if shared will lead to management treating you bad. Hardly any appreciation or acknowledgment. Asked to wear multiple hats pre-sales/implementation/support/development without proper employee training or time provided for self training.
