Pros

Little pros for this company, maybe that non-family staff members are down to earth

Cons

- Lack of leadership and communication - Alot of empty promises from management (was told I would get an office they set me up in a lunch room... yea for real a lunch room) - No understanding of job positions and roles everyone does everything but nothing right - An overall toxic environment alot of put downs and shaming from management, call in because of a private family matter the entire office will know about it

Pros

Not that I can determine.

Cons

- young, inexperienced, grievously under-trained management. - the kind of cutthroat, gossiping culture that only fashion sales based on commission can create. - a family of owners that have trouble keeping their emotional issues in the closet. (bullying, exclusion, berating, arguments in front of staff and clients) - extremely low morale due to lack of support or loyalty in almost any capacity. - low pay, exploitation, discussions per the bad qualities of staff members in front of other staff members on a constant basis. - questionable taste level, particularly in the "Bridal Fantasy" and rentals sector. - expectation and pressure to spend money in the store, to be well-dressed to the point of insolvency.

Pros

Somehow the long time staff that are there are very friendly although they all agree they just put up with negative energy because all they long standing staff members have become good friends

Cons

They don't educate their staff enough product knowledge to sell their stock. They also don't treat their staff respectfully. A very unprofessional place to work
