The company has a lot of internal politics and lacks proper working standards. Hard work and skills are often overlooked — what really matters here is favouritism and flattery. If you’re not willing to engage in office politics, you’ll find it hard to grow or even feel valued. Unfortunately, even HR seems to be involved in this unhealthy culture.
