      Best work place for freshers Salary on time Good salary Good increment Five days work

      Salary cut during lockdown period No work from home policy No work from policy even during COVID time office running at full capacity Salary cut for COVID affected people . No salary even for COVID affected people who got it from office itself High work pressure Management favours some toxic people and keeps on supporting them even though they are destroying the team harmony and not preforming well

      Quite a useful place to work & explore new technologies. Have`en a part of this organisation since long, very cooperative, understanding & helpful - Management & HR Excellent Increments - if you deserve I am quite satisfied quite an amazing work& life balance

      I had begun my journey as a fresher. Since then have never looked back - nurtured & grew with descpro as years passed by. Best part is very adaptive when it comes to technology. If you are a good performer & a hard worker - salaries & incetives just pour in. Annual increments are quite pleasing Good Management, awesome & friendly HR & very cooperative collegues. Happy that I made the right choice at the right time.

      To be honest, couldn`t find any! Just keying in as there is a minimum word limitation.
