• High expectations paired with very low compensation • No 401k until after your first full year of employment • Constant budget cuts • Lack of professionalism across leadership • Rampant favoritism • Lack of consistency — expectations and priorities change regularly without clear communication • Little to no support from management • Required to be in the office four days a week • Poor office hygiene — bathrooms often dirty and poorly maintained One of the biggest issues during my time here was management behavior. I worked under a manager who was openly rude and condescending, made inappropriate jokes, and gossiped negatively about both coworkers and people outside of work. She once made an offhand, offensive comment about an IT team member being on the spectrum. Despite claiming she wanted the office to feel “inclusive and fun,” her behavior routinely made people uncomfortable — something she even admitted to jokingly. Unfortunately, there’s no formal HR department to escalate concerns to, so accountability is essentially nonexistent.

EVERYTHING! They are firing people to hire new ones at lower costs. When I started here 7 years ago it was a strong company with strong management. For the past 4 years the management has gone downhill. Every dept blames things on customer service. Accouting never answers their phones so the customer always contact customer service. This place is a joke. They dont offer raises or bonus. They did used to let ypu pick seconds from their store but that was shut down. Going to work being scared that today's is your last day. I wouldn't recommend employment here
