      Pros

      I have been working in DP for 2.5 years. I would say this company is suited well for you if you want to focus on learning a wide variety of marketing processes: Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Operations, and Analytics. - You will learn a lot and have experience working with big MNC companies even if you are new to the company. - The work may be (or very) challenging, but it rarely requires you to stay overtime. -Politics-free and everyone is happy to teach you things that you don't know. We work as a team.

      -May not be suitable for everyone. You may need to be able to learn fast to work here.

      Wide Exposure - You will be working with various big clients with different needs. Awesome Colleagues - The colleagues are friendly and very helpful. The boss is very supportive of your career development. Great Learning Experience - It's a great place to learn various martech stack effectively.

      Cons

      Challenging Interview & Probation Process - There are 2 tests before joining DP: Fluid Intelligence (IQ test) and an additional Challenge (Presentation) that will be assigned to you. Once you have passed the interview, your Probation will require you to get Marketo Certification and a task specifically tailored for you. Additional Benefits might be comparatively smaller than other companies
