Pros

I have been working in DP for 2.5 years. I would say this company is suited well for you if you want to focus on learning a wide variety of marketing processes: Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Operations, and Analytics. - You will learn a lot and have experience working with big MNC companies even if you are new to the company. - The work may be (or very) challenging, but it rarely requires you to stay overtime. -Politics-free and everyone is happy to teach you things that you don't know. We work as a team.

Cons

-May not be suitable for everyone. You may need to be able to learn fast to work here.

Pros

Experiential learning - I was handling real client work within a month of joining the company. At the same time I also enjoyed the support of my colleagues and superior so I wasn't left to sink or swim. Wide exposure - Being a small company, I was given the chance to be exposed to all sides of the business and learn from every staff member. This ensures that I am not silo-ed into my role and actually allows me to perform with more confidence. Dynamic work environment - Friendly colleagues and a non-micromanaging superior means that the small work space is intimate but not stifling. Working hours aren't monotonous as we frequently help each other out with our tasks, as well as occasionally chatting about non-work-related topics. Knowledge sharing - There is a real culture of knowledge sharing and collective learning in the company. People often present the latest findings in their work and everyone is expected to tune in. Growth opportunities - Company is in a positive growth trajectory and I'm excited to be part of this growing project.

Cons

Learning curve can be steep as there is no dedicated training program for new hires. You might be expected to read up on things in your spare time. Could be challenging for people who prefer a more formal and structured job training program. Small workforce means that you have to have at least a cursory understanding of what your colleagues are doing, especially when people go on leave and you need to cover for them. Unsuitable for people who are uncomfortable with performing such ad-hoc duties.

Pros

High emphasis on learning and being a productive knowledge worker. If you enjoy deep diving into martech stack, you are in the best place to learn. Always punches above it's weight and never shies away from a good challenge.

Cons

Small team but has a wide range of services, a better suit for generalists than specialists.
