Pros
There are none. Veronica C Smith calls herself CEO and Chief Designer. Unfortunately, she is incapable of understanding the basic concepts of running a business. Until recently, she was smart enough to hire a staff that she could hide behind. Unfortunately, she has now removed the only talented people in the organization. You probably won't need this review for too long as I predict the organization will go bankrupt this year.
Cons
To start, Veronica has zero strategic vision for growing the business. She delights in demeaning and degrading employees. Although she employs mostly Spanish speaking persons, she does not allow Spanish to be spoken in the building. Additionally, holiday and birthday celebrations are forbidden - Veronica is a Jehovah's Witness and she imposes her religious beliefs on everyone who works for her.
