      Previously Atmosphere was good in company, but now everything is changed which does excite employees for work.

      Only salary on time , not more than that

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. 2. No proper process. 3. No job security. 4. Hire and fire if you don't work on holiday. 5. No proper management. 6. Only concentrate on advertising, if software is not ready but on social sites they are saying it's ready software but reality is even discussion is not started.
