Most products are constantly evolving, introducing new technologies and utilizing moder tools. Also the team i'm workin in is amazing, you could always ask a question about almost anything, not only job related. Work life balance is also pretty good
Cons
There is also duty days when you have to monitor chats and solve issues 24 hour, so it could be not for everyone
