- Zero communication skills. They only preach others to improve communication when they themselves very much are in need of improving.
- No perks and benefits. Do not properly explain the benefits and policies during interview stage and it comes as a surprise later on after joining that nothing actually exists.
- Micromanaging environment. The brother of CEO roams in the office corridor whole day keeping an eye on everyone. Doesn't know how to sit for 5 mins.
- Major discrimination among employees. Those who are follow blindly get the privileges then others.
