      DevelopMentor, the unfortunate decline in a once good company.

      Pros

      Very good reputation among the developer community on quality of course content and instructors. Had some very good colleagues that I worked with and administrative staff was good also.

      Cons

      Not the best managed company from an employees perspective. Recent hires in management has really hurt the company during my tenure. Sales team didn't trust or believe in the style or direction of owner and management. Always seem to have an underlying agenda or ulterior motive.
