There are infinitely many chances to develop yourself in directions that attract you. The company structure is self organising based on holacracy. That means that you can work in different fields at the same time.
Cons
The freedom that you get is also the challenging thing. It's easy to say yes to every new challenge and end up with too much of everything to focus on something. The structure without management also means that there is no one to steer you in a direction and say how you are doing.
