- They don't provide any training whatsoever. This makes it extremely hard for anyone to do their job, especially if they're new to the company &/or industry.
- When they say, "We encourage you to find special projects & start working on them in your down time" what they really mean is, "If you want to keep your job, then you better come up with something that will help the company & make it happen."
- Everyone is extremely rigid here & it's hard to break into their cliques; unless you're very intelligent and can understand their 'jokes'.
- Only a select few get offices (like up management) & everyone else sits in a big room with desks pushed up next to each other (no cubes to give you privacy).
- They expect you to work late even if they say otherwise.
