      Good for start, bad for long term

      Pros

      great people at least were in the past before they all left or were laid off remote work, flexible hours good for career start/part-time work

      Cons

      - Micromanagement! CEO is micromanaging everyone, doesn't care about the employees nor their private time (make sure to silent you phone after work) No point in going beyond the expectations because you won't be noticed and rewarded for it anyways No benefits & Very high turn over rate

      - recently, the team was still well-coordinated and there were some employees from whom I could learn something

      Cons

      -incredible chaos regarding every aspect - you can't trust managment - lack of experienced staff - the boss doesn't know what's going on in the company introducing a tense, stressful, hostile and micromanaging atmosphere -constantly changing staff, no one can stay here longer - no work life balance - aggressive and rude boss
