      Work from anywhere within client timezone Relatively new technologies Salary locally competitive (but not enough for internationally by far)

      Timetracker system includes screenshots and mouse and keyboard activity: terrible way to control hours Terrible project management: tasks aren't clear and time estimation are unreal, they're made by non-tech people Professional development was never clear

      The company offers an education bonus, and a hardware adquisition program for remote workers, and it's very strong on onboarding.

      Cons

      Pay is not that good, the education bonus has a 2-year retention clausule, and the Hardware Adquisition Program has a 3-year retention (of the hardware)
